The previous owner closely followed the construction of the yacht and subsequently used it exclusively himself, as did we. Handling characteristics: Perhaps you miss a straight stern with a bathing platform? As experienced sailors, we deliberately chose the pointed stern because the boat sits much better in the waves with this stern. The pronounced, positive deck leap and the very wide gangway to the foredeck with the stable railing were also decisive safety aspects for us.
Viewing at any time in Emmerich city harbour by appointment. We ask for your understanding that we will only offer extensive test drives (several hours) if you can credibly demonstrate your interest, e.g. proof of solvency. A short tour of the large harbour basin is of course possible.

Description

Our Terceira has the following layout, equipment and furnishings in completely real wood:

Inside:
From the companionway you reach the spacious saloon with three large windows on the right, left and front. The lower helm station with full instrumentation and controls is also located here. Numerous cupboards provide ample storage space.

4 steps lead forward to the dinette (4 persons) and galley (4-burner gas hob, refrigerator, sink (hot/cold), cupboards), access to the fresh water tanks. The next door leads to the forward cabin. There are 2 berths, wardrobes and further closed lockers, access to the anchor locker, roof hatch, also as an emergency exit.

There are also four steps to the sanitary facilities and the aft cabin. The WC (electric) and shower are separate and have their own doors. Washbasin and mirror cabinet in the WC room. Both washrooms have windows for ventilation. The aft cabin is reached through the next door. Here, too, there are two berths, a wardrobe and a double-door linen cupboard.

Exterior:
Access port and starboard amidships, as well as aft. A very wide gangway ensures forward accessibility in all weather conditions. The manual anchor winch is located on the foredeck, the anchor has 30 metres of chain. A trailer ball head is fitted, here a car bike carrier with bicycles can be hooked in.

The mast with lighting and antenna can be laid without effort, as the fuse can be removed by hand by pulling out the cotter pin (DIN 11024). A small mast support (magnetic holder) holds the laid mast to protect the deck.

The upper, weather-protected helm position is located aft, also with full instrumentation and controls. The sprayhood can be opened at various points for ventilation and can be easily folded away for low clearance heights. The windows can be folded and removed (see clearance heights). The bimini from 2023 provides shade on hot days. The tap for the deck shower (hot/cold) and a tap for the seawater pump are also fitted at the helm. The dinghy (02/2023) is attached to the stern and the associated outboard motor (2.5 hp) is attached to the railing. The fixed bathing ladder is installed underneath the dinghy (aft, railing opening). A long and a short "flying" bathing ladder are part of the equipment.
