Properties

"Monachus - Issa 45" is characterised by a strong hull construction. The hull geometry is uncompromising and takes into account the best buoyancy. Longitudinal and transverse weight distribution is set equally so that all centres of gravity are set as low as possible. Structural water tanks were made between the centre ribs to further strengthen the hull. In the event of damage to the most exposed underwater section, the tank contents leak out and the vessel can proceed to the maintenance site. Superior stability is achieved through proper weight distribution and the design of hydrodynamic tunnels. HD tunnels not only contribute to stability, but also strengthen the stern of the hull, reduce draught and the propellers are less exposed in the event of a collision over an unwanted floating object.
Due to the tuned lift of the bow, the centre of gravity around the CB point (centre of the boat) and the sufficiently balanced stern lift, the Monachus - Issa 45 acts like a balanced rocker on the longitudinal wave. The result is an easy transition over the wave. The one-piece laminated and multi-axis curved windscreen gives the helmsman a fantastically clear view. Always the same, slightly raised bow at different cruising speeds assures the helmsman of lasting continuity of such an inspection.
