Remarks: Engine runs excellent, engine compartment quite dirty, windows and deck hatch are tight, nevertheless some rust spots present, some work not finished, flooring partly renewed, parking space ashore can be taken over for a fee (approx. 1,500 € per year), crane can be organised for a fee.
